近年来,物联网、大数据、人工智能技术快速发展,并不断向农业领域渗透应用,使农业迈入数字化新时代。以大数据、人工智能、机器人为代表的新一代信息科技与农业深度融合发展,加快了智慧农业发展,变革了传统农业生产方式。智慧农业成为全球现代农业发展方向,也是我国未来农业发展方向和实现乡村振兴的重要内容。

我国“十四五”发展规划中,明确提出要建设智慧农业。新一代人工智能是智慧农业发展的战略支撑技术,农业人工智能技术的应用发展,对于用电脑强化人脑、用机器替代人力,实现农业生产智能化、作业精准化、管理数字化和服务网络化具有重要意义。

为推进农业人工智能与智慧农业技术的创新发展,“第七届世界智能大会智能农业高峰论坛—2023年智能农业国际学术会议”将于2023年5月18-20日在天津举办,会议由天津市农业农村委员会、中国工程院农业学部、北京市农林科学院主办,国家农业信息化工程技术研究中心、国家农业智能装备工程技术研究中心、中国农业银行天津市分行、中国农业大学、江苏大学、青海大学、华南农业大学、中国人工智能学会、中国农业机械学会、中国农业工程学会、中国农业机械化协会等单位联合承办。

第一届“中国农业机器人创新大赛”通知
一、大赛介绍

当前,我国城镇化和人口老龄化快速推进,致使农业生产劳力短缺和人工成本大幅度增长,采用机械化和自动化装备代替农业人工成为必然发展方向。人工智能和新一代信息科技的快速发展,使农业机器人的广泛应用成为可能。设施农业是我国农民丰收致富的产业,同时也是典型的劳动密集型产业,是农业机器人典型的应用领域。本届大赛领域范围定位在设施农业机器人,希望通过大赛促进设施农业机器人创新发展。

二、大赛主题:创新驱动发展,智能引领未来!
三、征集要求

1.征集范围

园艺作物设施生产、畜禽水产设施养殖、农产品加工等机器人的决策控制核心算法、末端执行器等核心部件和机器人系统。

2.报名要求及方式

每个参赛项目需提交1份说明书(见附件1、2、3)及展示视频(时长3分钟以内,格式为MP4/WMV,分辨率为1920×1080,请以“参赛单位-项目名称”命名并作为附件材料提交。),说明书包括项目创新性、方案合理性、系统功能性、人机交互性、系统稳定性和技术经济性等。

报名提交材料统一打包压缩,命名格式为“参赛单位名称-参赛机器人项目名称”,并以邮件形式发送至大赛指定邮箱:Agriculturalrobots@163.com 邮件标题格式为“中国农业机器人创新大赛-参赛单位/个人-参赛机器人项目名称”。

若参赛项目资料空间较大,可使用U盘邮寄(或上传网盘并将下载地址发送到大赛邮箱)。邮寄地址:北京市海淀区曙光花园中路11号北京农科大厦A座908B室,收件人及联系方式:张木国 13263448886。

本次大赛不收取任何费用,食宿交通费自理。

3.评审规则

大赛评委会由主办单位邀请相关领域专家组成,本着公开、公平、公正的原则对参赛项目进行评选,评审主要指标如下:

 项目创新性:在结构设计、实现方法、技术特点等方面的创新性;

 方案合理性:技术可操作性、解决方案可行性、内容表述完整性等;

 系统功能性:机器人的功能和关键部件的技术性能指标等;

 人机交互性:人机交互界面使用便捷性、对作业对象(人/其他机器人)作业行为感知的准确性和协同作业配合的协调性等;

 系统稳定性:作业成功率、操作可重复性和软件可靠性等;

 技术经济性:系统搭建成本,系统作业效率与人工/其他机械设备效率的比较优势,方案应用场景条件要求等。

四、奖项设置

特等奖:1名,100000元

一等奖:2名, 50000元

二等奖:5名, 10000元

三等奖:若干名,5000元

五、参赛对象

国内科研院所、企业、政府机构从事相关研究或实践工作的人员,鼓励学生和青年研究人员组团参加,鼓励参赛者进行跨学科、跨产学研界别的合作。

注:国外项目以视频形式做展示交流,不作为此次评比对象。

Recent years have witnessed the rapid development of the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence technologies and their continuous penetration and application into the field of agriculture have brought agriculture into a new era of digitalisation. The development of a new era of information technology represented by big data, artificial intelligence and robotics has been deeply integrated with agriculture, accelerating the development of smart agriculture and transforming traditional agricultural production methods. Smart agriculture has become the global development direction of modern agriculture. It is also the future direction of development for China’s agricultural sector, and an important element in the revitalization of rural areas.

 

China's 14th Five-Year Plan clearly proposed the development of smart agriculture. New generation artificial intelligence is a strategic support technology for the development of smart agriculture. The application and development of agricultural artificial intelligence technology is of great significance in strengthening the human brain with computers and replacing human resources with machines; in the agricultural context, it can achieve intelligent agricultural production, precise operations, digital management, and networked services.
